What ministries in your church are stuck and have under 50 participants?
(For example it could be your youth ministry , young adults, or even the whole congregation. Anything with under 50 participants that’s not growing.)

Which of those ministries have systems or routines in place so that the leader connects with all the participants on a weekly or monthly basis?
(If a ministry has such a system, is it tracked and reported so you know it’s actually taking place? If a ministry does not have such a system, how could you work with that team leader to create one?)

Which of those ministries have systems or routines in place so that the leader connects with people outside of the church?
(For example, does the youth leader connect to kids at the high schools, sports clubs, etc.? Even connecting to first-time visitors on Sundays is a place to start.)

What fresh ideas do you have on how you can help some of these ministries get unstuck?
